Using fidget tools can increase focus, attention, and listening. Youth attending this session will create a “calming starter kit” that includes: a stress ball, bead fidget, straw tangle, spinner, breathing techniques, grounding techniques, and activity cards. Youth can use this kit in different settings like the car, the classroom, or the home; it can also be an alternative to electronics.
