The intent of this community survey is to gather information from individuals in our community to serve as a guidepost to future decision making by town elected officials, organizations, and community related groups. The last survey was conducted in 2014 and nearly all of those questions have been brought to fruition over the past years! The goal is community growth and to make Walnut a better place to live, work, and play! Questions with an asterisks * are required and the questions that ask for additional feedback are optional. This survey also encourages the participation of young adults.
There is also a section of this survey where we ask for your personal and/or business contact information. The last Walnut telephone directory was published in 2021-2022. Many of the businesses listed have switched hands of ownership or closed, and we have new names and businesses that need added. The information you provide will be published in the next Walnut telephone directory.
