- How to Create an Emergency PlanThe Walnut Public Library District will host Adam Lind, Director of the Bureau County Emergency Management Agency, for a presentation on How to Create an Emergency Plan. Attendees will learn about the components of an emergency plan including the assessment of individual needs, identifying informational sources, shelter, evacuation, and the components of an emergency kit.
