DESCRIPTION:Using fidget tools can increase focus\, attention\, and listening. Youth attending this session will create a “calming starter kit” that includes: a stress ball\, bead fidget\, straw tangle\, spinner\, breathing techniques\, grounding techniques\, and activity cards. Youth can use this kit in different settings like the car\, the classroom\, or the home; it can also be an alternative to electronics. \nJoin us on Friday\, June 7th @ 1:00 p.m. \nPre-K/Kindergarten registration \n1st-4th Grade registration \n5th-8th Grade registration
